At Access Now Primary Care, we are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care while ensuring that our processes are clear and accessible to everyone. Our office policies are designed to foster transparency, improve communication, and ensure that we maintain a smooth, efficient, and respectful environment for both our patients and staff.

If you are a new patient, information may be sent to my office ahead of your appointment in an effort to streamline the check-in process.

Office Hours

Appointments & Cancellations

You may schedule an appointment with a patient care coordinator.

• Appointment Cancellations: We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other patients.

• No-Show Fees: Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may result in a $50 no-show fee. Exceptions will be made for emergencies or unavoidable circumstances.

• Rescheduling: Patients are encouraged to contact us promptly to reschedule missed appointments and continue their care without interruption.

Emergencies

• Medical Emergencies: Access Now Primary Care is not an emergency medical provider. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

• After-Hours Care: For urgent concerns outside of regular business hours, please contact our office, and a provider will follow up as soon as possible.

• Crisis Support: If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 988 (the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) for immediate assistance.

NOTE: It is not possible to schedule emergency appointments online.
